On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Robert Steinberg was reappointed as part-time member of the Assessment Review Board for a fixed term of five years, effective November 14, 2017, by Order in Council O.C. 1647/2017;

And whereas Robert Steinberg tendered his resignation effective June 30, 2020;

Therefore, pursuant to section 3 of the Assessment Review Board Act, Order in Council O.C. 1647/2017 be revoked effective June 30, 2020.
