On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

PURSUANT TO subsections 49(3) and 51(1) of the Health Protection and Promotion Act,

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Board of Health for the Haliburton, Kawartha, Pine Ridge District Health Unit for a period of two years, effective November 14, 2016 to and including November 13, 2018.
