On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 9(2) of the Public Service of Ontario Act, 2006,

Kevin French

be appointed as a member and as Chair of the Public Service Commission, effective November 9, 2019, for a term concurrent with his appointment as Deputy Minister of the Treasury Board Secretariat under Order in Council O.C.853/2019, dated June 5, 2019, and any subsequent appointment as Deputy Minister of the Treasury Board Secretariat.

And further that Order in Council O.C. 977/2019, dated June 20, 2019, and Order in Council O.C. 1077/2018, dated September 26, 2018, be revoked effective November 9, 2019.
