Order in Council 1632/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas, by Order in Council numbered O.C. 743/2023, dated June 1, 2023, Robin Horwath was appointed as a part-time member of the Fish and Wildlife Heritage Commission effective the date of that Order in Council, and ordered to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years from the effective date of that appointment.

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(2) of the Heritage Hunting and Fishing Act, 2002,

Robin Horwath of Blind River

be reappointed as part-time member and designated as Chair of the Fish and Wildlife Heritage Commission to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further that pursuant to subsection 2(2) of the Heritage Hunting and Fishing Act, 2022 Order in Council numbered O.C. 743/2023 is revoked, effective from the date of this Order in Council.
