On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 8(2) of the Coroners Act, as amended,

Barbara Collins of Gormley

is hereby further reappointed as a part-time member of the Death Investigation Oversight Council to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding two years, effective January 31, 2026.

And pursuant to subsection 8(3) of the Coroners Act, as amended, Barbara Collins is hereby further redesignated as a part-time Vice-Chair of the Death Investigation Oversight Council, effective January 31, 2026.
