On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 307/2024, dated February 22, 2024, Steven Cousins was reappointed as a member of the City of Stratford Police Services Board for a period not to exceed two years, effective February 22, 2024;

And whereas the City of Stratford Police Services Board was continued as a police service board under the Community Safety and Policing Act, 2019 on April 1, 2024;

And whereas Steven Cousins continued in office as a member of the City of Stratford Police Service Board under section 31 of the Community Safety and Policing Act, 2019;

Therefore, pursuant to section 27 of the Police Services Act and section 31 of the Community Safety and Policing Act, 2019, Order in Council numbered O.C. 307/2024, dated February 22, 2024, reappointing Steven Cousins as a member of the City of Stratford Police Services Board, is hereby revoked effective December 31, 2025.
