On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas under O.C. 803/2023, Raymond Mantha was reappointed as a trustee of the board of trustees of Science North for a fixed term of 3 years, effective July 2, 2023;

And whereas Raymond Mantha is now to be designated as vice-chair of the Board of Trustees of Science North;

Now therefore, pursuant to section 4 of the Science North Act,

Raymond Mantha of North Bay

be designated as vice-chair of the board of trustees of Science North to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding July 1, 2026, effective January 19, 2026.
