On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(2) and section 3 of the Ontario Northland Transportation Commission Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter O.32, Frederick Christopher Gibbons, of Timminsbe reappointed as a Commissioner of the Ontario Northland Transportation Commission, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective the later of January 19, 2026 and the date this Order is made.
