On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to clause 162 (1) (c) of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997,

Helen Polatajko of Toronto

be reappointed as part-time member of the board of directors of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective the later of December 12, 2022 and the date this Order in Council is made.
