On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

More Convenient Care Act, 2025

January 1, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provisions of the More Convenient Care Act, 2025, c. 7, which amend the Personal Health Information Protection Act, 2004, come into force:

Schedule 6, s. 1-9, 10 (1)-(3), 11-13.
