On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Gillian Shaw was appointed as part-time member of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a fixed term of two years, effective June 1, 2023, by Order in Council O.C. 722/2023;

And whereas Gillian Shaw tendered her resignation effective September 14, 2023;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 32(2) of the Human Rights Code, Order in Council O.C. 722/2023 be revoked effective September 14, 2023.
