On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas the Town of Cobourg Police Services Board was continued as a police service board under the Community Safety and Policing Act, 2019 on April 1, 2024,

Therefore, pursuant to section 31 of the Community Safety and Policing Act, 2019,

Ronald Kerr of Cobourg

be further reappointed as a member of the Town of Cobourg Police Service Board to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not to exceed two years, effective from the later of January 31, 2025 and the date this Order in Council is made.
