On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to clause 49(2)(g) and subsection 49(6) of the Courts of Justice Act, Keith Strachan of Barrie be appointed as part-time member of the Ontario Judicial Council for a fixed term of four years effective the date this Order in Council is made.
