On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1257/2015, dated September 16, 2015, Dr. James Robert Sproule was appointed as a Deputy Chief Coroner for Ontario;

And whereas Dr. James Robert Sproule has in writing, effective December 8, 2021, resigned his appointment as Deputy Chief Coroner for Ontario;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 3(2) of the Coroners Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1257/2015, dated September 16, 2015, appointing Dr. James Robert Sproule as a Deputy Chief Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective December 8, 2021.
