On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997, Anil Bhalla, of Brantford, be appointed as part-time member of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
