Order in Council 1671/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(2) of the Venture Ontario Act, 2008,

Peter Jelley of Toronto

be appointed as a member of the board of directors of Venture Ontario, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, for a period not exceeding three years, effective the later of December 22, 2025 and the date this Order in Council is made;

And further that by virtue of subsection 3(1) of the Venture Ontario Act, 2008, he be appointed as a member of Venture Ontario, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, for a period not exceeding three years, effective the later of December 22, 2025 and the date this Order in Council is made;

And further that pursuant to subsection 3(4) of the Venture Ontario Act, 2008, he be designated as the chair of the board of directors of Venture Ontario, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, for a period not exceeding three years, effective the later of December 22, 2025 and the date this Order in Council is made;
