On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 128 of the Fixing Long-Term Care Act, 2021, and section 337 and Schedule 5 of the Ontario Regulation 246/22, Tom Piper of Nipissing be appointed as a part-time member of the Board of Management for the District of Parry Sound East to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
