On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 606/2020, dated April 2, 2020,Dr. Roger P. Skinner was appointed as Regional Coroner of Modernization for Ontario, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council;

And whereas Dr. Roger P. Skinner is retiring and has, in writing, effective October 31, 2023, resigned his appointment as Regional Coroner of Modernization for Ontario;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 4(1) of the Coroners Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 606/2020, dated April 2, 2020, appointing Dr. Roger P. Skinner as Regional Coroner of Modernization for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective October 31, 2023.
