On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 131(2) of the Police Services Act, as amended,

Tim Reparon of Toronto

is hereby reappointed as a part-time member of the Ontario Police Arbitration Commission to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding one year, effective from January 1, 2024.
