On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council numbered O.C. 1240/2018 dated November 14, 2018 that reappointed Cheryl Russell-Julien of Portland as a part-time member of the Board of Health for the Leeds, Grenville and Lanark District Health Unit under the Health Protection and Promotion Act, be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
