On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 14 (1.1) of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Act, Crispin Colvin of Thorndale be appointed as a part-time member of the Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.v
