On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Bally Hundal was appointed as part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective May 30, 2024, by Order in Council O.C. 656/2024;

And whereas Bally Hundal tendered his resignation effective August 14, 2025;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999, Order in Council O.C. 656/2024 be revoked effective August 14, 2025.
