On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 50(2) and 50(3) of the School Boards Collective Bargaining Act, 2014, Brian O’Byrne of Toronto be appointed as a member and designated as chair of the Education Relations Commission, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding one year, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
