On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 2 of the Ontario Educational Communications Authority Act, 1990, as amended,

Pary Bell of Toronto

be appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of the Ontario Educational Communications Authority to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
