On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Laura Hawkings

be appointed Deputy Clerk of the Executive Council, and that she be authorized to certify Orders of the Lieutenant Governor in Council and such other documents as may be required from time to time including any documents that may be certified by the Clerk of the Executive Council.
