On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas the Minister of Public Business Service Delivery has established the Data Authority Implementation Team by Minister’s Order under section 6.1 of the Ministry of Government Services Act to support the implementation of a modernized data governance model for the Ontario government;

Therefore, pursuant to section 6.1(2) of the Ministry of Government Services Act:

Members’ remuneration

  1. The members of the Data Authority Implementation Team shall be remunerated at the rate of $300 per diem for each day that he or she is engaged in the duties of Data Authority Implementation Team member, provided that the total remuneration shall not exceed $16,200 per individual.
