On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 6(1) of the Building Ontario Fund Act, 2024, Robert Michael Latimer of Toronto be reappointed as part-time member of the board of directors of the Building Ontario Fund to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a term of three years, effective January 28, 2026.
