On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to paragraph 1 of subsection 5(2) of the Niagara Escarpment Planning and Development Act,

Duncan McKinlay of Ravenna

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Niagara Escarpment Commission for a fixed term ending June 27, 2027, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
