On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 478/2018, dated March 12, 2018, Dale M. Chipman was appointed as a member of the Municipality of Port Hope Police Services Board;

And whereas Dale M. Chipman has, in writing, resigned his appointment;

Therefore pursuant to section 27 of the Police Services Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 478/2018, dated March 12, 2018, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
