On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Renu Mandhane was reappointed as full-time member and re-designated as Chief Commissioner of the Ontario Human Rights Commission for a fixed term of three years, effective October 30, 2017, by Order in Council O.C. 1582/2017;

And whereas Renu Mandhane tendered her resignation effective May 21, 2020;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 27(2) and 27(5) of the Human Rights Code, Order in Council O.C. 1582/2017 be revoked effective May 21, 2020.
