On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to Section 23 of the Provincial Parks and Conservation Reserves Act, 2006, Karim Kanji of Toronto be appointed as a member and designated as Chair of the Ontario Parks Board of Directors to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
