Order in Council 172/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 32(2) of the Human Rights Code, Haniya Sheikh of North York be reappointed as part-time member of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a fixed term effective February 1, 2024 and ending September 1, 2026.

Further, whereas Haniya Sheikh was reappointed as full-time member of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a fixed term of three years, effective September 2, 2023 by Order in Council O.C. 752/2023,

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 752/2023 be revoked effective February 1, 2024.
