On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 70(2) and 71(1) of the Health Care Consent Act, 1996, Rekha Lakra of Toronto be appointed as a part-time Lawyer member and designated as a part-time Vice-Chair of the Consent and Capacity Board for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Furthermore, pursuant to subsection 70(2) of the Health Care Consent Act, 1996, Orders in Council numbered O.C. 1915/2019 dated December 12, 2019 and O.C. 1387/2024 dated October 24, 2024 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
