On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 50 (2) of the School Boards Collective Bargaining Act, 2014,

John Lewis of Oakville

be reappointed as a member of the Education Relations Commission, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding two years, effective the later of November 24, 2023 and the date this Order in Council is made.
