On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 50 (2) and 50 (3) of the School Boards Collective Bargaining Act, 2014,

David Ross of Mississauga

be reappointed as a member and redesignated as vice-chair of the Education Relations Commission, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding two years, effective the later of November 24, 2023 and the date this Order in Council is made;

And further that Orders in Council 1181/2022 and 1565/2022 be revoked, effective the later of November 24, 2023 and the date this Order in Council is made.
