On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Bryan Tuckey was reappointed as part-time member of the Ontario Land Tribunal for a fixed term of three years, effective December 12, 2021, by Order in Council O.C. 1319/2021;

And whereas Bryan Tuckey tendered his resignation effective December 31, 2023;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Ontario Land Tribunal Act, 2021, Order in Council O.C. 1319/2021 be revoked effective December 31, 2023.
