On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Phil Graham of Toronto, who was reappointed by O.C. 1054/2025 as a member of the board of governors of The Humber College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning, has resigned his position;

Now therefore, pursuant to subsection 3 (1) of the Ontario Colleges of Applied Arts and Technology Act, 2002, and subsection 4 (2) of Ontario Regulation 34/03 made under the Act, Order in Council 1054/2025 be revoked.
