On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council numbered O.C. 967/2016 dated June 22, 2016 that appointed

Carol-Ann Cushnie of Toronto

as a part-time member of the Council of the Ontario College of Pharmacists under the Pharmacy Act, 1991, be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
