On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas pursuant to Order in Council O.C. 378/2024 William Furlong was re-appointed as a part-time adjudicator of the Capital Markets Tribunal; And whereas William Furlong has resigned effective September 30, 2025; Therefore Order in Council O.C. 378/2024 be revoked effective September 30, 2025.
