On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to clause 6(1)(b) of the Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology Act, 1991,

Ruth Ann Penny of Toronto

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario for a period of three years, effective December 17, 2016 to and including December 16, 2019.
