On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 379/2024, made March 7, 2024, Russell Juriansz was re-appointed as a part-time adjudicator of the Capital Markets Tribunal; And whereas Russell Juriansz has resigned effective February 1, 2026; Therefore Order in Council O.C. 379/2024 be revoked effective February 1, 2026.
