On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 23(1) of the Building Code Act, 1992,

Stephen wong of the City of Toronto

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Building Code Commission for a fixed term of three years, effective on December 31, 2021.

And pursuant to section 23(2) of the Building Code Act, 1992,

Stephen wong of the City of Toronto

be designated as the part-time Chair of the Building Code Commission for a fixed term of three years, effective on December 31, 2021.
