On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 6 (2) of the Soldiers’ Aid Commission Act, 2020, S.O. 2020, c.24

Joseph Maloney of Markham

be appointed as a member of the board of directors of the Soldiers’ Aid Commission to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective from the later of the date of this Order in Council or January 1, 2023.
