Order in Council 18/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas pursuant to paragraph 4 of subsection 5(1) of the Toronto Waterfront Revitalization Corporation Act, 2002 (the “Act”), the Lieutenant Governor in Council, the federal government and the council of the City of Toronto may jointly appoint one member to the board of directors of the Toronto Waterfront Revitalization Corporation;

And whereas pursuant to subsection 5(5) of the Act, the board member appointed jointly by the Lieutenant Governor in Council, the federal government and the council of the City of Toronto is chair of the board;

And whereas the provincial government, the federal government and the City of Toronto have agreed upon an individual to be recommended for appointment pursuant to paragraph 4 of subsection 5(1) of the Act;

Now therefore, pursuant to paragraph 4 of subsection 5(1) of the Act, Kevin Sullivan of Toronto be appointed as a member of the board of directors of the Toronto Waterfront Revitalization Corporation, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a term not exceeding three years, effective the date this Order in Council is made;

And further that Order in Council O.C. 346/2025 be revoked, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
