Order in Council 1828/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Poonam Singh of Brampton, reappointed by O.C. 191/2021 as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Dental Technologists of Ontario, has resigned;

Now therefore, pursuant to clause 5(1)(b) of the Dental Technology Act, 1991, Order in Council numbered O.C. 191/2021 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
