On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 27 of the Police Services Act, as amended,

Domenico-Antonio Giovinazzo of Waterloo

be reappointed as a member of the Regional Municipality of Waterloo Police Services Board to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not to exceed three years, effective from the later of January 31, 2023 or the date this Order in Council is made.
