On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 6.1(1) of the Ministry of Government Services Act,

Michael Stramaglia of Toronto

be reappointed as part-time member and serve as Chair of the Ontario Internal Audit Committee at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective the later of December 11, 2023 and the date this Order in Council is made.
