On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 546/2019, dated April 11, 2019, Douglas H. J. Bernardi was appointed as a member of the Bradford, West Gwillimbury / Innisfil Police Services Board.

And whereas Douglas H. J. Bernardi has, in writing, resigned this appointment.

Therefore pursuant to section 27 of the Police Services Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 546/2019, dated April 11, 2019, is hereby revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
