On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Nicholas Saunders of Neyaashiinigmiing, was appointed by O.C. 445/2023 as a part-time member of the Board of Health for the Grey Bruce Health Unit;

Now therefore, pursuant to subsections 49(3) and 51(1) of the Health Protection and Promotion Act, Order in Council numbered O.C. 445/2023 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
