On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council numbered O.C. 1211/2015 dated September 8, 2015 that appointed

as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Dietitians of Ontario under the Dietetics Act, 1991, be revoked effective September 18, 2016.
